R2R Accountant

Hybrid - 3 days on-site in our office in Wroclaw

As an AR/R2R Specialist, you won't just "post invoices"—you will play a vital role in our regional growth and financial stability. You will act as the financial heartbeat of our company, dedicating yourself to maintaining financial health through precision and strategic cash flow management.
As part of a high-performing and global-minded Accounts Receivable team, you will value process improvement, data-driven decisions, and collaborative problem-solving while ensuring all AR operations run smoothly and accurately.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT

Manage daily invoicing and billing

• Process and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Drive collections and cash flow

• Monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue payments, and proactively initiate collection actions.

Ensure accuracy and reconciliation

• Reconcile customer accounts, investigating and resolving billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.

• Maintain accurate records, ensuring all accounts receivable transactions are properly documented in the accounting system.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience

• Have 2+ years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or R2R processes.

• Hold a University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Have a keen eye for detail and a highly organized approach to maintaining accurate financial records.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies.

• Are comfortable working with spreadsheet tools (proficiency in Google Sheets is a big plus).

• Have experience with, or are eager to learn, ERP systems (familiarity with NetSuite is a nice-to-have).

Language & Location:

• English at a B2 level or higher.

• Based in Wroclaw or in commutable distance.

Salary Range:
105,000-120,000PLN gross/annually
