Dott is the European champion of shared micro-mobility. Created through the merger of operators Tier and Dott in March 2024, the company decided to move forward under the name of Dott and integrated all vehicles into the Dott app. With the mission to change mobility for good, the team is led by CEO Maxim Romain and Executive Chairman Henri Moissinac. Dott facilitates sustainable travel, reduces congestion and pollution in cities, and decreases reliance on cars. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you have an opportunity to make a transformative and lasting impact at Dott by envisioning, designing, and implementing best practices and a multi-faceted talent acquisition strategy and programs.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT

  • Be the strategic partner and service provider for our hiring managers to find the best talent for a wide range of open positions

  • Enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders where they can trust your judgment

  • Build a strong pipeline and engage talent via innovative ways & by creating a great candidate experience

  • Be an excellent team player - sometimes we need you to roll up your sleeves and help out your colleagues when needed

  • Be data-driven and use data to make informed decisions and tweak wherever necessary

  • Communicate and enforce organisational values & influence the company culture

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a high-growth environment, with in-house experience preferred

  • You have a track record of owning end-to-end recruitment processes, and you put great value on an extraordinary candidate experience

  • You bring experience of working in a global team and can manage communication strategies, making processes consistent, and delivering in a growth environment

  • You bring an analytical and creative approach to tackling hiring problems

  • You are excited about process optimisation and automation via innovative tools 

  • You are self-driven and result-oriented, with an eye for detail

  • You have an analytical mindset and drive change through data 

  • You thrive on creating an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Your communication skills in English are excellent
