DoubleData, an innovative startup where Data Intelligence meets Pricing & Sales Strategies, is seeking a motivated and strategic Marketing Lead to join forces with our CEO and start marketing initiatives at Doubledata.


As a Marketing Lead, you will take charge of our performance marketing, SEO, and content strategies, driving brand visibility and acquisition of enterprise customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven marketing and enjoys blending creativity with analytical skills to deliver exceptional results.


Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

1) Performance Marketing (40%):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (incl. remarketing) across platforms like Google (SEM), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets, bids, and strategies to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation.
  • Create and manage analytics that track funnel conversions from impressions to qualified leads.

2) SEO (30%):

  • Develop and implement SEO to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools to optimize on-page content, meta tags, and website structure.
  • Generate landing pages that enhance our SEO ranking.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical SEO improvements are correctly implemented.

3) Content Marketing (30%):

  • Develop compelling content that supports our SEO strategy and outreach initiatives, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create case studies, reports, and other thought leadership content.
  • Manage content calendars and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality materials.


Requirements

We value the following qualities in our team members:

  1. Proficiency in Performance Marketing: Solid experience in running paid ads, particularly on Google (SEM), Linkedin and other platforms (for remarketing). Familiarity with paid media tools and strategies is essential.
  2. SEO Expertise: A proven track record in driving organic traffic through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts.
  3. Content Creation Skills: Ability to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content with use of AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude.ai).
  4. Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort with analyzing data, interpreting performance metrics, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  5. Familiarity with Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with platforms e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer, Mangools and content management systems (CMS).
  6. Proficient English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and pivot strategies as needed.
  8. Preferred Education: Background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  9. Self-starter Attitude: Ability to work independently and in a team.
