Job Summary
- Working as Person holding this position will be responsible for:
- Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and mentorship
- Setting the goals for the team and managing the performance
- Evaluation of Team and Developing the Strength of the Team
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members meet deadlines
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
- Design and implement analytical models and methodologies to solve complex business problems
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other departments
- Provide actionable insights that support key business decisions, such as resource allocation, risk management, and operational improvements
- Develop data-driven strategies and initiatives to improve business performance and drive growth
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics, technology, and industry best practices
- Contribute to the development of long-term data strategies and help implement new tools or technologies
Requirements
We expect you to have:
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis
- At least 3 years of experience in leading the team of mid/junior managers or managing projects
- Strong leadership skills - Ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally with different departments
- Strong orientation on goals and problem-solving skills
- Ability to tackle complex problems with creative, data-driven solutions
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodology
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level at minimum)
- Very good organizational skills
- Pro-active approach
- Presentation skills
- A mindset to overcome an obstacle
- Ability to travel
It would be nice if you have the below skills:
- Experience in working in logistics/courier business
- Have experience in working in an international organization
- Attention to detail, accuracy and reliability
