About the role
Join DSV Global Services and become part of our Corporate Accounting & Finance department, working in a truly international setup. You will collaborate with a diverse team located both in Denmark and Warsaw, contributing to high-quality financial processes across the DSV Group.
In this role, you will take ownership of processes related to IT consultancy costs, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement of financial operations. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end processes related to IT consultancy costs, ensuring effective collaboration across the team
Coordinate and support activities of the team dedicated to IT consultancy processes
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accruals related to IT consultancy costs
Support daily finance operations, including invoice coding, processing, and cost control activities
Actively participate in month-end closing and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Prepare regular reports, analyses, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives enhancing quality, accuracy, and timeliness
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clear communication and professional support
Requirements & Expectations
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or SSC/BPO environment (as an independent specialist or team lead)
Strong command of English (min. B2/C1), with confidence in leading meetings and working with international stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills, including work with complex datasets; Power Query or similar tools will be a strong advantage
Solid understanding of financial processes (accruals, cost control, month-end closing)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to identify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements
Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple priorities
Team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills
