Finance Controller

On behalf of our clients, leading corporations based in Warsaw, we are looking for experienced Financial Controllers to join their finance teams. Depending on your background, you may be considered for a mid or senior level role.

Responsibilities

• Participating actively in month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes

• Preparing financial reports and analyses for CFO and global stakeholders (Actuals vs. Budget, Year-on-Year variances)

• Supporting forecasting and budgeting processes for local and global divisions

• Analyzing and commenting on expenses, P&L and headcount/FTE variations

• Reconciling management accounting data with HR systems and consolidated results

• Collaborating daily with local CFOs, Finance Managers and regional teams across Europe

• Maintaining and improving reporting tools and participating in data quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Finance

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Tagetik is a strong advantage

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Reporting or Audit

• Foreign languages

• Strong command of English (C1), written and spoken
