Procurement Specialist (M/F/D)
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement team. This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.
The position focuses on indirect procurement, especially within categories such as workwear, office supplies, warehouse accessories, and promotional items. You will work closely with international suppliers as well as internal stakeholders to ensure that negotiated agreements deliver value and that purchasing processes run smoothly across markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and supporting business teams in a dynamic international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Support sourcing initiatives within indirect categories such as, but not limited to, workwear, office & warehouse supplies, and promotional materials.
Manage relationships with existing suppliers and ensure they deliver according to agreed standards.
Participate in negotiations and help establish framework agreements with strategic vendors.
Coordinate the implementation of agreements across divisions and countries, ensuring stakeholders have access to negotiated terms.
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, helping solve operational issues and managing escalations with suppliers when necessary.
Assist in developing sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with Group Procurement to support global processes and continuous improvements.
Prepare basic reports, analyses, and documentation supporting procurement decisions.
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Our Requirements
Professional experience in procurement, preferably within indirect categories (e.g., workwear, office supplies, warehouse/office accessories).
Experience working with suppliers in an international environment.
Good understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and borders.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Solid MS Office skills.
Strong organizational abilities, with readiness to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
