Sustainability & Compliance Junior Specialist (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities

• Review compliance and sustainability-related documents and questionnaires — with clear guidelines to support you.

• Support ESG Ratings’ questionnaires and reports review

• Assisting in the implementation of various compliance-related projects, such as QHSE and Human Rights audits, mandatory e-learning, and more.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across our global organization and providing advisory support.

• Offering administrative assistance to the DSV Group Sustainability & Compliance team.

• Supporting the regular update of internal procedures.

• Preparing and analysing data for reporting purposes.

• Creating reports to communicate key findings to relevant teams

Our requirements

• Excellent command of English — both written and spoken.

• Experience in reviewing compliance and/or sustainability-related documentation is a major advantage.

• Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.

• A structured, process-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.

• Project management experience is a major advantage.

• A high sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel).

• Most importantly — an interest in compliance/sustainability and a proactive attitude.
