Opis stanowiska

Transition Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful integration of business operations, systems, and processes during Application Consolidation activities. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure smooth transitions, managing communications between stakeholders, and coordinating resources to ensure successful implementation.


Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the integration plan, ensuring that all milestones are met
  • Design and maintain a general integration model that will be used as the framework for all activities in the team
  • Lead all aspects of the integration process, including, but not limited to, organizational design, process mapping, system integrations, operations, and reporting
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of the integration process
  • Track and monitor integration progress, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and cooperation
  • Handle all aspects of post-merger integration and transition, including staff training and onboarding
  • Develop and implement integration strategies and best practices
  • Create and update integration documents, reports, and presentations

 

Our requirements:

  • Great communication skills and stakeholder management in different levels: business, management, development teams and other non-IT roles
  • Experience with process design and implementation
  • Leadership skills, that includes recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a team with 3 to 5 members
  • Experience with creating reports, high-level performance indicators and executive summaries
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of PRINCE2, Scrum or Agile methodology
