Join our team and help shape one of Europe’s leading e-commerce events!


We organize the E-commerce Berlin Expo – one of Germany's most recognized e-commerce events. We’re a small, ambitious team dedicated to creating meaningful connections for the e-commerce community across Europe.


We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist based in Berlin (hybrid) to drive sales and grow our network across the DACH region. You’ll handle qualified leads, manage the full sales cycle, and develop new business opportunities. We’re seeking someone with proven B2B sales and partnership experience, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or events. You’ll also represent us at the E-commerce Berlin Expo and other key industry events across Europe.

About us:


  • Location: Poznań

  • Team size: 15–20 people

  • Industry: Event organization (trade fairs & conferences)


Your responsibilities:


  • Acquire new clients and build long-term partnerships in the German-speaking market

  • Manage the full sales process: outreach, negotiation, and closing deals

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners

  • Attend trade shows and networking events across Europe to expand our reach


What we’re looking for:


  • Fluent German and English, comfortable with day-to-day business communication and negotiations; knowledge of Polish is a plus but not required

  • Proven ability to drive B2B sales and develop partnerships, with 5+ years of experience closing high-value deals and fostering strong client relationships

  • Confident and proactive communicator via phone, mail and face-to-face meetings, who enjoys connecting with new people and cultivating long-term business partnerships 

  • A genuine interest in e-commerce, tech, or the events industry is a plus
