We organize one of Europe’s top e-commerce events – the E-commerce Berlin Expo, a meeting place for key industry players, service providers, and thought leaders who together shape the future of online commerce.

Since our start in 2016, we've grown quickly to become one of the leading e-commerce events in the DACH region, with over 280 exhibitors and 10,000 visitors each year.

Alongside the Expo and Conference, we organize a contest for the service providers - E-commerce Germany Awards, helping companies across Germany and beyond boost their visibility in the market. This culminates in an Awards Gala held in Berlin.

Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Junior Event Manager to join us.

      About the role:

This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals starting their careers in event management, providing hands-on experience in organizing diverse aspects of the event. Unlike traditional trade fairs, we manage everything from venue collaboration to catering, offering exposure to various components of event management.

We're looking for someone who has at least a bit of experience with organizational tasks, feels comfortable with both research and analysis, as well as communication, and isn't afraid to ask questions or take responsibility. This role can be a part-time, but please only apply if you are able to commit at least 20 hours per week. We also prefer candidates based in Poznań, as we value in-person meetings. Hybrid work is available after the onboarding.

      Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in planning and executing events, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve event goals.

✔ Support the marketing team in event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.

✔ Communicate with contest participants and partners to ensure timely information and meet their needs.

✔ Provide on-site support during events, managing registration, assisting attendees, and troubleshooting issues for seamless event execution.

✔ Collaborate closely with the event management team and other departments, contributing updates on event progress at team meetings.
