We organize the E-commerce Berlin Expo – one of Germany's most recognized e-commerce events. From our Poznań office, we manage year-round operations, connecting the e-commerce community across Europe. Behind the scenes, we’re a small, dedicated team working together to build something meaningful for the industry.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Lead Generation Manager based in Poznań to own, design, and scale our automated outbound sales and marketing campaigns. In this role, you will move beyond execution to take full ownership of our lead generation strategy, driving revenue growth by building a robust pipeline of high-value prospects for our Business Development team.

Your Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Automation

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end automated lead generation and sales campaigns using specialized marketing automation tools.

  • Operate and optimize cold email automation platforms (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Woodpecker) and mass mailing systems (e.g., Brevo/Sendinblue, Mailchimp).

  • Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting parameters, and the overall outreach channel mix to maximize efficiency.

Data, Segmentation & Copywriting

  • Develop, maintain, and enrich a high-quality database of prospects and customers to support highly targeted B2B campaigns.

  • Establish intelligent customer segmentation strategies to ensure deeply personalized, relevant, and high-converting messaging.

  • Craft compelling, high-converting cold email copy in English that drives strong reply rates (ability to write/review in German is a major plus).

Analytics & Collaboration

  • Rigorously monitor and analyze campaign performance, including deliverability, open rates, CTRs, and lead conversion rates, translating insights into actionable optimizations.

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development, Sales, and Content teams to ensure outreach messaging perfectly aligns with our brand identity and commercial objectives.

  • Monitor B2B sales automation and email marketing trends to keep our lead generation infrastructure ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven track record in B2B lead generation, outbound email marketing, or sales automation, ideally within the tech, e-commerce, or events sector.

  • Languages: Fluent English (essential for day-to-day business communication and copywriting); professional command of German is a significant advantage; knowledge of Polish is welcome but not mandatory.

  • Technical Skillset: Deep hands-on experience setting up and managing cold email workflows (Lemlist, Woodpecker, Instantly) and monitoring technical deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming).

  • Mindset: A strategic, analytical, and proactive thinker who thrives on owning a process, digging into data, and continuously optimizing conversion funnels.
