Key responsibilities:

• Managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns to meet clients' sales KPIs
• Work with international e-commerce clients from various industries
• Planning and conducting A/B tests to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and ads.
• Analyzing data, creating reports and preparing actionable insights to enhance campaign results.
• Developing and implementing Meta Ads strategies tailored to the needs of managed clients.
• Collaborating with the Creative Team, preparing briefs and providing insights on creative performance, to drive improvements.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations and often taking on a project manager role.

General expectations:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing performance-focused Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce.
• Proven expertise in working with the Meta Ads platform.
• Experience in managing medium to large advertising budgets.
• Experience in running Meta Ads campaigns targeting international markets.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Communicative level of English.
• A strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks and projects.
• Experience with product feeds and tools like DataFeedWatch (or similar) is an advantage.
