Customer Advisor with Spanish
Due to the expansion of our operations in Spanish-speaking markets, we are seeking a Customer Advisor with fluent Spanish to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional and comprehensive customer service while building long-term business relationships and maintaining high standards of communication and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive service for Spanish-speaking clients (via phone, email, and online channels),
Providing information and professional advice regarding our services and products,
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients,
Ensuring high-quality communication and a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish (mandatory requirement),
Excellent communication skills and high professional standards,
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently,
Previous experience in customer service (preferred),
English proficiency — considered an additional asset,
Students or individuals currently pursuing higher education are welcome to apply.
