Workai is an AI-powered Employee Experience Platform used by enterprises like Żabka, PKO Bank Polski, T-Mobile, Decathlon, and Deutsche Vermögensberatung (DVAG). We help large organizations transform their internal communication, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our demand generation engine, content strategy, and campaign execution across international markets. You’ll join a lean, high-impact team where your work directly shapes our pipeline and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on, strategic role. You’ll build the MQL funnel from scratch, run paid campaigns, create content that converts, and work closely with Sales and Customer Success to drive measurable ARR.
What will you do:
Demand generation & pipeline:
Build and own the MQL → SQL pipeline – set up lead scoring in HubSpot, define qualification criteria, and optimize conversion rates across segments
Plan and execute paid campaigns – LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing to generate qualified leads for the sales team
Track and report on marketing ROI – CAC, LTV:CAC ratio, pipeline attribution per channel, and campaign performance
Content & campaigns:
Create high-converting content – gated reports, case studies, SEO articles (PL + EN), landing pages, and email sequences
Run product marketing campaigns – position Workai Platform and new modules – Workai Intelligence (AI), Spaces, and Learning across different buyer segments
Organize and promote events – webinars, industry conferences (including our upcoming AI for Work conference), and partner events
Strategy & collaboration:
Align marketing with sales goals – collaborate with SDR, Business Development, and Customer Success on shared pipeline targets
Support international expansion – drive awareness and lead generation in Poland (primary), Germany, and US/UK markets
Manage PR and brand positioning – press releases, analyst reports, thought leadership content, and partner communications
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing – demand generation, content marketing, or growth marketing
Hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with measurable ROI
Strong content creation skills – you can write a compelling case study, SEO article, or campaign copy in English
Data-driven mindset – you make decisions based on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline data, not gut feelings
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (lead scoring, workflows, attribution)
Fluency in English (C1+) – all content is produced in both Polish and English
Strategic thinking combined with execution skills – in a small team, you plan the campaign AND build the landing page
Nice to have:
Experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub)
Background in Employee Experience, HR Tech, or Internal Communication space
Experience marketing to enterprise buyers (CHRO, CIO, C-Level)
Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) and analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
Basic design skills or experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working with AI-powered products or positioning AI features to enterprise buyers
