Junior Sales Development Representative

Workai is an AI-powered Employee Experience Platform used by enterprises like Żabka, PKO Bank Polski, T-Mobile, Decathlon, and Deutsche Vermögensberatung (DVAG). We help large organizations transform their internal communication, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement.
We’re building our outbound sales engine from scratch and looking for an SDR who wants to grow with us. You’ll be our first dedicated outbound hire – responsible for opening doors to mid-market and enterprise companies across Poland (primary), Germany, and US/UK. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Director and CGO, who will coach you and close the deals you generate.
What will you do:
Outbound prospecting:
Research and identify target companies (200-3,000 employees) – HR Directors, CHROs, CIOs
Run cold outreach sequences: email, LinkedIn, and phone – 30-50 emails/day + 15-25 LinkedIn touches
Personalize messaging based on prospect’s industry, tech stack, and pain points
Qualify inbound leads – fast response to Book-a-Demo requests and gated content downloads
Pipeline building:
Book 8-10 qualified meetings per month
Hand off qualified opportunities to Business Development Director and CGO with full context
Maintain clean CRM data in HubSpot – every touchpoint logged, every deal stage updated
Collaborate with Marketing on outreach messaging, target lists, and campaign follow-up
Learning & growth:
Master Workai’s 10-module platform using our internal AI Buddy
Develop discovery and qualification skills (BANT/MEDDIC framework)
Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and coaching sessions
Build toward a path to Account Executive within 12-18 months
What we’re looking for:
Hunger to learn and build – this is a founding SDR role, not a cog in a machine
Strong written and verbal communication in Polish and English
Comfort with cold outreach – you’re not afraid of rejection and you iterate fast
Organized and disciplined – you can manage 50+ daily activities without dropping balls
Curiosity about B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, and how large organizations communicate internally
Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM concepts
Nice to have:
Any sales, recruitment, or business development experience (even internships count)
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or outreach tools
Interest in HR Tech, Employee Experience, or Internal Communication
Knowledge of consultative selling or challenger sale methodology
