Junior Sales Representative

Flyps is a high‑tech software house with 8 years of experience on the market. We specialize in projects that require deep expertise and strong engineering culture — R&D, AI, computer vision, and high‑scale systems.

We build software for self‑driving robots, biotech and medtech companies, IoT, and data‑driven products. Alongside client work, we also create our own internal products (including a social live‑selling platform). We work with both Polish and international clients — including American Fortune 500 companies and unicorns. We built the first cashless and self‑service stores in Poland, and our team was among the pioneers of building automation.

The role

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Representative to support and grow our lead generation and early sales efforts. This role is a great fit if you enjoy researching companies, reaching out to decision‑makers, and opening new conversations in the high‑tech and AI space.

What you’ll do

• Research and identify potential clients and decision‑makers in selected industries

• Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools

• Support outbound campaigns and follow‑ups

• Qualify basic inbound and outbound leads

• Schedule intro calls for the sales team

• Maintain and update lead records

• Support market mapping and prospect lists for specific campaigns or verticals

  
  

Requirements

• 0.5–1+ year of experience in lead generation, SDR, sales support, or a similar role (or strong motivation to grow in sales)

• Understanding of IT or new technologies (e.g. studies, experience in a tech company, tech‑related projects)

• Fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2+)

• Good communication and research skills

• Curiosity and willingness to learn about new industries and technologies
