People Partners at Electrolux Group partner with People Managers on the achievement of business objectives by working with them to coach capability and deploy the tactical aspects of people related activities in location. The added value comes from coaching managers to engage employees in line with the organization's values, strategy, and objectives. Additionally, our People Partners support the development of our employees and local practices, working across HR generalist topics and broader project initiatives, to enable employee contributions to effectively impact the business objectives and overall success of the organization. Overall, People Partners provide expertise on people and talent aspects to local business management, whilst supporting organizational development and the achievement of business objectives in location.
This is a temporary position for about 18-24 months (maternity cover)
What you'll do:
As People Partner - East, you will provide coaching to people managers, lead on People insights and perspectives to inform business decisions and deploy the tactical aspects of the People Plan. You will work with more complex People First topics, ensuring alignment with the midterm aspects of the People Plan and Strategy. Your role will involve advising the Leadership Team on employee engagement, teamship, and leadership development, while also operationalizing change management plans during transformation programs.
You will be accountable for executing the compensation strategy, coaching leaders on compensation practices, and using data insights to prioritize critical talent and performance needs. Additionally, you will advise employees and leaders on complex HR topics, acting as a subject matter expert on region-specific matters and representing the People area in local forums.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with General Managers , HR peers and key business leaders across CA East countries and the ‘Glocal’ matrix (including but not limited to Poland, Adriatics, Greece, Baltics, Ukraine etc)
- Regional / local priorities: Collaborate with peers and Regional HR leadership team to ensure local people strategies are aligned with business priorities and integrated with regional HR priorities across the ‘Glocal’ matrix.
- People Plan: Deploy local HR generalist activities and midterm aspects aligned with HR Strategy.
- Workforce Planning: Execute operational activities as per people plan requirements.
- Organization Development: Implement initiatives as per people plan.
- Capability Deployment: Coach leaders and develop local people capabilities as per people plan.
- Transformation & Change Management: Operationalize change management plans.
- Leadership & Team Development: Advise on employee engagement, teamship, and leadership development.
- Compensation Strategy: Execute and advise on compensation aligned with talent needs.
- People Advisory: Provide expertise on complex HR topics and represent People area in local forums.
- Program Design & Delivery: Design and implement people programs, including D&I and wellbeing initiatives.
- Labor Law & Compliance: Liaise with local lawyers on legal and regulatory topics and advise line managers on labor law, regulations, and employee relations including union relations.
- Ethics & Discipline: Address employee relations issues and enhance employee experience.
- Talent & Performance Management: Guide on talent initiatives and advise on performance and performance improvement plans.
- People Analytics: Use data to inform people program design and delivery and utilise data to drive data driven people decisions.
- Networking & Knowledge Sharing: Actively engage with peers across countries within the People function to share best practices, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement through cross-border knowledge exchange and to support regional projects focused on standardisation, simplification and regional HR activity optimisation efforts.

Where you'll be:
