Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Manager with a focus on communication management and content creation. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential, along with the ability to manage complexity and drive change in a multicultural environment.
Main Responsibilities
The Communication Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and executing communication strategies.
Define a clear communication strategy for consistent and timely information across all channels.
Set up a strategy to gather feedback from product rollouts and convert them into actionable insights.
Create engaging and relevant copy and video content for various communication channels.
Support the creation of educational materials for different user groups.
Manage and oversee all communication-related tasks.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
Proven ability to understand and manage complexity.
Proven ability to drive change in a distributed and multicultural environment.
Experience with IT implementations, particularly Windows Hello for Business, is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience in IT consulting services.
