Summary: The primary role of the Senior Project Consultant is to support the Project Manager (PM) in managing project financials and operations for a regulatory project within a multinational environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate within SAP to manage project financials.

• Stitch and analyze data from various sources to support financial insights.

• Validate data monthly and compile year-to-date views for accuracy.

• Update project resource plans and utilization in Clarity.

• Maintain various project data in Clarity based on project needs.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in English.

• 4+ years of PMO experience, preferably in IT environments.

• General finance knowledge.

• Proficiency in SAP.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) with data analytics expertise.

• Experience in multinational environments using foreign languages.

• Track record of end-to-end participation in complex projects or portfolio management office.

• Experience as PMO across complex, global projects.

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

• Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, Azure DevOps.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Proactive attitude with a problem-solving approach.

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• German language skills (minimum B1 level).

• PMI/PRINCE2 or similar certification.
