Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Hybrid Work

Location: Hybrid – 2 days from home, 3 days in the office in Warsaw
About the Role:
Join a global Project Management Office (PMO) team, where you will contribute to managing projects and programs directly linked to our organization's strategy. You will work with a team of 80+ professionals, ensuring the successful execution of global strategies within various business functions.
You will be responsible for medium to large corporate projects, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across different departments. Your role will involve leading projects from initiation to operations, ensuring effective budget control, and managing external partners and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate projects from initiation to hypercare, following established PMO processes and governance.
- Align tasks and project members, including country-specific implementations across all stages.
- Control project budgets and monitor costs across multiple teams.
- Manage external partners, service providers, and consultants in terms of task and time management.
- Proactively address issues and manage upwards to senior management.
- Lead workshops, project boards, and town hall meetings, addressing diverse and large audiences.
Ideal Candidate:

At least 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in global PMOs or multinational companies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with senior management.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Agile frameworks).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
