German Speaking Data Entry Specialist
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for checking and entering ordering information into our systems, updating existing entries, and ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, both from internal and external sources.
To ensure success as a Data Entry Specialist, you should display impeccable organizational skills and experience working with digital interfaces. Ultimately, a top-notch data entry specialist should have a razor-sharp eye for detail and excellent knowledge of data management.
This role requires excellent German and English skills. Polish is not obligatory.
You will be working in a hybrid set-up from our modern office in Szczecin, among our other colleagues.
What you'll do?
Process orders for our products coming in through the different channels, like email, EDI etc. into our platforms destinated for the different markets.
Maintain a detailed and organized process flow to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
Monitor and fix any EDI errors for the different sales entities as they arise. Ensure the root causes of the errors are being solved effectively to minimize future errors as much as possible.
Address data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate and update missing data.
Adhere to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.

Have high school diploma.
Have at least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist.
Can well organize your work, you have an eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members. English and German are a must.
Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office (Navision, Business Central) and Salesforce.
