Order Entry Specialist (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Receiving orders and checking them against contracts

• Creating and booking orders

• Booking sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers or sales representatives

• Coordinating price differences in commercial terms and missing information, as well as material discrepancies with Internal Sales

• Checking references to quotations or contracts

• Maintaining reasons for rejection in the offers

• Changing orders and updating quantity contracts (customer-driven)

• Implementing and maintaining changes in scheduling agreements and orders in alignment with end-customers, including quantity increases/decreases, postponements, or delivery date changes in scheduling agreements/orders

• Handling delivery blocks

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed at least a bachelor's degree

• Minimum of one year of proven experience in a customer service or order management position within an international organization

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)

• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

• Familiarity with the SAP SD Module and Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous

• Good communication skills, both in writing and speaking

• Excellent interpersonal skills
