Location: Poland, with some travel to support regional operations

Role Overview

We are seeking an extremely driven and highly motivated Head of Sales for Poland who can develop and execute an aggressive growth strategy. This person will play a key role in leading Envirly’s expansion, building a top-performing sales team, and driving revenue in a high-growth environment. This is a unique opportunity for a sales leader who thrives in fast-paced settings and is eager to make a substantial impact in a scaling company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a bold, data-driven sales strategy to accelerate growth in the Polish market and expand Envirly’s customer base.
  • Drive Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including key partnerships, to strengthen Envirly’s footprint in Poland.
  • Build and Lead a High-Performance Team: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of highly motivated sales professionals; instill a competitive, results-focused culture.
  • Pipeline Optimization and Management: Ensure a robust pipeline of qualified leads and oversee each stage of the sales funnel to maximize conversion.
  • Relationship Building and Account Growth: Establish and maintain strong relationships with major accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Data and Analytics: Leverage data to set and track KPIs, monitor team performance, and continuously optimize the sales process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive alignment and achieve overall company objectives.
  • Reporting and Strategic Insights: Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to the executive team to inform high-level decisions and refine our growth strategy.


 Who You Are

  • Proven Sales Leader: 7+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, ideally in the sustainability, compliance, or software industry.
  • Incredibly Driven and Motivated: You are passionate about growth and thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
  • Results-Focused: You set high standards for yourself and your team, constantly driving toward and exceeding targets.
  • Analytically Minded: Skilled in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools to monitor KPIs and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in Polish and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and Adaptable: Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, you’re always looking for ways to push the envelope and seize new opportunities.
  • Market Insightful: Deep knowledge of the Polish market, sustainability trends, and local compliance challenges.
