Envirly is an ESG and sustainability compliance platform helping companies monitor, report, and improve their environmental performance. We’re now scaling our go-to-market engine—and looking for a GTM analytics expert to turn data into growth.
We’re doubling down on data to optimize every stage of the customer journey—from pipeline to onboarding to expansion. You’ll be the first analytics hire focused fully on GTM, and your insights will directly shape how we grow.

Own GTM analytics across the full funnel – Track performance from lead gen to onboarding, expansion, and retention. Spot bottlenecks, growth levers, and opportunities to scale faster.

Marketing activities - build and test high-converting landing pages and support marketing strategy with data and execution

Analyze campaign performance – Evaluate paid and organic marketing efforts, track CAC by channel, and surface insights to boost ROI across campaigns.

Experiment constantly – From messaging to pricing, segmentation to channel mix—you’ll help design and analyze experiments that unlock new growth.

Work closely with our COO on developing marking strategies.
- Have 3–6+ years of experience in GTM or marketing analytics at a B2B SaaS company
- Think like an analyst, but have a marketer’s instinct — you get how campaigns work, but your superpower is breaking down the data behind them
- Understand marketing automation tools and how to make them work harder
- Are genuinely curious about AI and automation — you follow trends, test tools, and want to stay at the forefront of how tech is transforming GTM 🔥
- Are always learning, improving, and iterating — you don’t wait to be told what to do, you ask “what’s next?”
- Want to own projects end-to-end and have a seat at the table shaping how our company is growing
