Beyond client work, we’re developing in-house SaaS and automation platforms that help marketers scale efficiently and perform at their best. Our tech stack includes React.js, Node.js, Elixir, Kubernetes, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, BigQuery, and even our self-hosted GenAI infrastructure.


We’re a hands-on team, curious, ambitious, and focused on results. Now, we’re looking for a Senior Campaign Operations Manager to take ownership of ad delivery, optimization, and monetization across our expanding media network.


Your Role

As our Senior Campaign Operations Manager, you’ll be the key driver behind how our campaigns are scheduled, executed, and optimized across 50+ newsletter properties.

You’ll manage offers, placements, pacing, and analytics - making sure every campaign runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. It’s a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, loves structure and precision, and genuinely cares about driving performance - not just ticking boxes.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage the campaign and ad placement calendar across multiple newsletters.

  • Oversee inventory, pacing, and partner rotations to ensure consistency and maximize results.

  • Match offers, creatives, and links based on data and strategic priorities.

  • Ensure flawless tracking, UTMs, and attribution for every campaign.

  • Collaborate closely with analytics to identify insights and act on them fast.

  • Report on RPM, CTR, conversions, and fill rate with clear performance insights.

  • Continuously improve workflows, automation systems, and efficiency.

  • Spot new opportunities to increase revenue, optimize offers, and improve placements.

  • Be the operational center for all campaign execution and monetization efforts.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of experience in:

    • Media buying, affiliate, or direct-response marketing, or

    • Campaign management / ad operations / scheduling.

  • Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, pacing, and delivery windows.

  • Analytical mindset — you think in data, KPIs, and trends.

  • Excellent communicator and cross-team collaborator.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under stress.

  • Comfortable making independent decisions and owning outcomes.

  • Fluent English (C1+).

  • Driven, proactive, and performance-obsessed.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in affiliate or performance media (direct response preferred).

  • Familiarity with newsletter monetization or campaign rotation systems.

  • Experience working with U.S. DTC or affiliate offers.

  • Exposure to automation or workflow optimization tools.
