Your tasks

• You drive the global technical positioning and further development of the silage inoculants portfolio in collaboration with Product Management

• You build and maintain an international network of experts from science, consulting, and agricultural practice

• You support international Sales teams and key accounts with technical expertise and customer-focused solutions

• You conduct and interpret international trials and translate findings into market-relevant insights

• You collaborate closely with R&D to support innovation and product development initiatives

• You develop and implement international market growth and positioning strategies

• You deliver high-level trainings, workshops, and technical presentations for customers and internal teams

• You represent the company at international conferences, trade fairs, and industry events

Your profile

• You hold a degree in Agricultural Engineering, Animal Science, or a related field; a PhD is an advantage

• You bring at least 5–10 years of experience in silage, forage conversation, or related agricultural fields

• You demonstrate strong expertise in microbiology, silage processes, and agricultural practice

• You have proven experience in international technical sales, ideally within the agricultural or feed sector

• You combine a strategic mindset with strong entrepreneurial thinking and market understanding

• You are able to manage complex international projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• You communicate confidently and present effectively in international and intercultural environments

• You are fluent in English, willing to travel internationally, and additional languages are considered a plus
