Tasks


• Expert, contact person and consultant for customers in food industry 

• Project responsibility: initiating, managing and implementing projects with industrial customers 

• Budget planning and responsibility for own sales projects 

• Strategic thinking and action in your own area of expertise 

• Active networking to bring new trends to the food family 

• Evaluating trends for their applicability 

• Expanding ff's core competencies 

• Sharing complex specialist knowledge and making it available to others 

• Driving knowledge updates for processes and teams 

• Collaboration with Industrial customers from the food processing industry, Internal: Product development, quality management, production planning, quality assurance, purchasing


Expectations


  • High motivation for independent, international sales work Network in the (Eastern) European food industry

  • University degree in food technology, food science, biotechnology or a related field

  • Several years of professional experience in the food industry, ideally in B2B or industrial customer projects

  • Proven track record in managing projects with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate trends into practical applications

  • Solid understanding of budget planning and financial responsibility for projects

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex topics in a clear and structured way

  • Ability to build and maintain strong networks both internally and externally

  • High level of initiative, ownership, and solution orientation

  • Fluency in English, other languages (e.g. German, Polish) are an advantage

  • Willingness to travel internationally
