We’re searching for a visionary Senior Graphic Designer who’s ready to push boundaries, inspire others, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment. As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll lead the way in crafting bold, effective visuals across print and digital. You’ll work side-by-side with brand teams, mentor junior talent, and bring fresh thinking to every project. Your technical skills, creative flair, and strategic mindset will help us set new standards in the industry. 

Requirements

• Design Expertise: 5+ years in graphic design (FMCG/consumer brands, in-house or agency), with top-notch skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, basic animation, and a sharp eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy. 

• Conceptual & Strategic Vision: Ability to turn briefs into standout concepts, key visuals, and campaign assets, using consumer insights and test results to guide your work. 

• Collaboration & Interface Management: Strong collaboration skills across key internal interfaces including marketing teams, product managers, brand managers, sales teams, legal/compliance, and production teams. Experience orchestrating external partners such as print vendors, digital agencies, media agencies, photography/videography teams, copywriters, and market research providers. 

• Leadership & Development: Experience mentoring junior designers, leading creative workshops, providing design direction and guidance, and fostering team development within creative environments. 

• Innovation-Driven: Confident using AI tools and new tech to create visuals and boost workflow efficiency. 

• Organized & Proactive: Highly organized, process-oriented, and always ready to tackle creative challenges with a solution-focused attitude. 

• Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English with the confidence to present ideas and thrive in a dynamic, international team.
