Responsibilities

• Acting as a business partner to general management and executives in an agile organization regarding the operational and strategic management of the company.

• Establishing and further developing a comprehensive performance and management architecture to transparently map value drivers, KPIs, and financial targets.

• Deriving, prioritizing, and supporting effective management initiatives (“from GAP to Action Step”) to translate identified needs for action into concrete measures.

• Continuous refinement of management logic and implementation of data-driven decision-making models to strengthen strategic and operational management capabilities.

• Actively shaping and supporting local and group-wide budget and forecasting processes in line with the given company OKRs.

• Support in selecting new, suitable planning tools and further developing existing ones, such as SAC, for our planning processes, as well as their rollout in the operating companies.

• Actively conributing to the further development of operational controlling processes and controlling reporting.

Expectationsadmini

• Completed university degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on controlling, finance or business informatics, or a comparable degree.

• Several years of professional experience in the controlling area of internationally oriented manufacturing companies.

• Strong analytical and strategic skills to understand complex business models, profit structures, and value drivers, as well as to identify performance gaps based on data.

• Experience in developing management and KPI systems, as well as in designing profit architectures or controlling frameworks.

• Ability to derive concrete measures from variance analyses, prioritize them, and translate them into actionable steps in collaboration with functional departments .

• In-depth knowledge of the OKR methodology and the management of OKR targets is a plus.

• Ability to work in an international team with strong communication skills to advise decision-makers and orchestrate effective measures.

• High IT affinity, especially Excel, Knowledge of Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.

• Fluent in English, knowledge of German (nice to have).

• Willingness to travel.
