About Us

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. How you will get the job done

• developing and managing content for IT organisation’s global intranet sites (SharePoint) and newsletters (mailing distribution platforms)
• creating and editing digital assets, including graphics, videos, and written materials
• ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with corporate branding and messaging of the produced materials
• publishing and distributing content on internal platforms (Newsletters, Intranet etc.)
• collaborating with stakeholders to gather materials, requirements and feedback
• monitoring engagement metrics to optimise content strategies
• supporting ad-hoc communication needs like announcements, strategic communication or urgent publications

Skills and experience you will need

• English language proficiency (C1 level minimum)
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field
• 4+ years of experience in content creation and digital asset management
• proficiency in PowerPoint: advanced ability to design visually appealing and professional presentations, utilizing features like slide masters, animations, and customized graphics to effectively communicate ideas
• proficiency in SharePoint or similar internal communication platform, Adobe Creative Suite
• strong writing, editing, and organisational skills
• ability to work in complex, international organisational structures
• familiarity with analytics tools and employee engagement metrics
• creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Nice to have

• basic knowledge of UI design
• video editing skills
