How you will get the job done

• conducting technology, risk and cyber security maturity reviews 
• conduct comprehensive assessments of existing security measures to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend enhancements 
• assessing processes, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements 
• overseeing the analysis and documentation of security incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence 
• managing internal security initiatives, provide expert consultation, and drive continuous improvement efforts 
• collaborating with stakeholders and senior management to gain consensus on security initiatives and obtain necessary approvals 
• reporting, drawing conclusions and recommendations from review studies 
• supporting internal and external audit requests 
• consulting projects regarding adequate measures to fulfill information security requirements. 
• providing 2nd Opinion on Risk Assessments (Third-Party Risk, Project Risk, Information Security Risk) 

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English 
• degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable degree or successfully completed further education or training in the field 
• knowledge in the fields of IT Architecture, IT Infrastructure, IT Applications, IT Projects, IT Security or IT incidents/problems 
• basic information security/risk management knowledge 
• insurance industry experience is an advantage
