Junior Project Manager in Renewable Energy

Twój zakres obowiązków

You will be a member of our construction team with main responsibilities around protecting and creating value for the solar & wind farms we manage for our clients at the construction preparation and construction execution phase. You will also cooperate with Ergy’s financial and commercial teams, which will give you a boarded insight into management of renewable energy sources. You will have a real impact on construction of renewable energy sources in Poland.

General

• - Supporting Project Manager in RES contracts administration and management

• - Monitoring of projects’ schedules, budget, risk identification

• - Preparation of monthly/weekly reports for the Clients

• - Managing information flow between parties engaged in the construction process

Construction preparation phase

• - Technical due diligence of development documentation

• - Running tenders for construction components and construction services

• - Participation in the negotiation meetings with the bidders

• - Participation in investigation of the most sustainable investment solutions for the Clients

Construction monitoring phase

• - Monitoring of construction progress

• - Management of component’s deliveries

• - Monitoring of settlements with contracted parties

• - Administration of projects’ documentation

• - Preparation of official letters and business communication

Nasze wymagania

• Higher engineering education

• At least 1.5 years of experience in construction project coordination, construction experience in RES would be additional value

• Languages: Polish and English (minimum B2/C1)

• Medium to advanced skills in AutoCad, MS Excel, MS Project, Geoportal

• Interest in RES
