Performance Data Analyst - Renewables (Wind/PV/BESS)

Your responsibilities

• Analysis of operational data from wind, PV and BESS assets,

• Identification of underperformance and its root causes based on SCADA and metering data,

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly technical performance reports for asset owners and investors,

• Verification of O&M contractor reports against actual operational data,

• Development and maintenance of internal analytical tools – dashboards, performance trackers, automated reports and workflow automations,

• Support for the technical team with data-driven insights for operational decisions,

• Cooperation with O&M Companies on technical clarification of performance issues identified in data.

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or operations of renewable energy assets (wind, PV and/or BESS),

• Degree in engineering, power engineering, data science or related field,

• Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL,

• Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to build internal tools and prototypes,

• Understanding of wind turbine, PV plant and/or BESS operation and the data they produce,

• Languages: English

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
