We are a focused, commercially driven team responsible for shaping and executing the commercial framework across our book of business — spanning pricing, portfolio, and revenue performance. Our goal is to ensure that commercial decisions made at the strategic level are translated into concrete, trackable outcomes that protect and grow revenue.
In this role, you will work closely with Commercial Strategy, Pricing, Analytics, Sales, Product, and Customer Operations — serving as the execution layer that connects insight to impact. This is a high-exposure position that offers genuine breadth across commercial disciplines and direct visibility into how pricing, portfolio choices, and sales behaviour shape financial performance.
What You Will Do
drive the execution of commercial insights and recommendations into measurable outcomes — tracking whether revenue uplift, yield improvement, adoption, and retention targets are materialising, and coordinating corrective action where they are not.
monitor and manage commercial performance across products, client segments, and programmes — identifying gaps between expected and actual results, diagnosing root causes, and maintaining execution momentum across Sales, Product, and Commercial teams.
support the execution of portfolio and pricing simplification initiatives, tracking adherence to agreed frameworks and ensuring that day-to-day commercial activity reinforces rather than undermines simplification objectives.
prevent revenue leakage by monitoring discounting behaviour, partner activity, and exception usage against commercial policy — escalating risks with evidence-based analysis and practical recommendations.
coordinate cross-functional commercial execution across Customer Admin, Sales, Product, and Strategy teams — acting as a structured counterpart to insight owners and ensuring that initiatives maintain momentum from recommendation through to realised outcome
What You Bring
a strong commercial execution mindset — you move naturally from analysis to action to outcome, with a bias toward delivery, closure, and measurable impact over reporting and recommendation.
strong to advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools; comfortable working with structured commercial data independently and extending existing analysis when needed.
highly organised with proven follow-through discipline — able to hold execution lines and manage multiple concurrent initiatives across functions, without relying on formal authority.
fluent in English (verbal & written) with clear, confident communication skills — able to surface performance gaps, risks, and recommended actions concisely to stakeholders across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Operations.
demonstrated awareness and practical use of enterprise AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate thinking and delivery, combined with sound judgment on the limitations and risks of AI in commercial contexts.
