About Us

Ergy is a rapidly growing asset management company focused on Renewable Energy Sources ("RES") in Poland. On top of the day-to-day management of RES assets during the construction and operations phase, an important part of our business involves identifying investment targets, providing strategic advice, conducting M&A transactions, raising debt financing and selling renewable energy through PPAs. Our clients include investment funds, corporates, as well as industry investors. Our team consists of investment experts with many years of experience in financing and M&A transactions.

Your responsibilities

• Taking part in the largest debt and M&A transactions on the renewables market in Poland

• Performing financial and market analyses and preparing presentations for clients and investors

• Preparing transaction documents such as teasers, information memorandums

• Preparing financial models

• Participating in the negotiation of transaction documentation such as financing agreements, SPAs, PPAs

• Overall participation in varied transaction processes, including coordination of and cooperation with legal, technical and commercial experts involved on both sides of the deal

• You will be a member of our Investments & Transactions team participating in projects with a real impact on the energy market. You will represent our clients in various dynamic transaction processes, coordinating internal and external parties involved in the deal. You will build an expert understanding of the RES market in Poland.

Our requirements

• Professional experience in banking, consulting, M&A or investments

• Experience in renewable energy would be an advantage

• Financial backgroung, including debt instruments, project finance, M&A transactions, corporate finance (at least in some of the indicated areas)

• Advanced financial modelling skills and confidence in both Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to plan their work efficiently and wish to work on some of the most ambitious investment projects in renewable energy in Poland

• Very good command of Polish and English, both written and spoken (minimum requirement of C1 level)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably related to management, finance, accounting or economics

• Willingness to work mostly in-office in the city center, with the possibility of partial remote work
