Regional Sales Manager with German – DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

Your responsibilities:

• Analyzing the DACH market – identifying sales potential, industry trends, competitors and distribution channels

• Actively developing sales and acquiring new B2B clients (e.g. distributors, transformer manufacturers, panel builders, industrial companies)

• Building and expanding a strong partner network across Germany, Austria and Switzerland

• Strengthening ERKO brand awareness in the DACH region

• Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports & recommendations

• Optimizing market strategy based on data and customer feedback

• Co-creating and executing marketing & promotional activities with the HQ team

  
  

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the DACH market (companies, personal contacts, potential clients) or ability to quickly gain industry expertise – mandatory

• Fluent German (native or near-native) – mandatory

• English at minimum B2 level

• Proven experience in sales/business development in the electrical or industrial sector

• Strong knowledge of the DACH market and existing network of contacts (must have)

• Experience with target clients such as: industrial machinery distributors, transformer manufacturers, panel builders, electrical wholesalers

• Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset

• Technical education/background
