Upcoming challenges:

• Cultivating strategic, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.

• Performing active market analysis and monitoring sales trends to optimize partner performance.

• Leading and managing new business projects and marketing initiatives within the affiliate ecosystem.

• Auditing partner-published content.

• Providing operational support.

Required skills:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance-based partnerships in e-commerce sectors.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable business conclusions.

• A proactive approach with the ability to independently manage new processes and take ownership of projects.

• A growth mindset with the ability to navigate through market challenges and remain focused on long-term targets.

• Very good command of English, at least B2.
