Junior Finance and Administration Specialist
B2B/UZ: PLN 6500 - 7500
LOCATION: POZNAŃ (min. 3 days a week)

Key Services and Requirements: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success
Scope of services:
Office and Reception management.
Purchasing management.
Team members’ travels administration.
Accounting related tasks - in collaboration with the accounting team.
Personnel administration - maintenance of data and agreements, preparation of documents based on templates.
Support in other ad-hoc Operations tasks.
Here’s a set of skills we require:
Communication skills & relationship-building.
Engagement in work, proactivity.
Flexibility.
Accuracy & attention to detail
Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, and HR/payroll.
Fluent in Polish (native) and English at minimum B1/B2 level.
