Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist

B2B/Mandate contact (student status): PLN 55 - 60 / hour 💰

LOCATION: POZNAŃ, min. 1 day/week

*We offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance office presence with remote work. However, it's important to note that the role emphasizes a stronger presence in the office to foster teamwork and effective communication.


Key Duties and Requirements:

LeadGen Operations:

  • Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns through outbound channels.

  • Plan and coordinate campaigns on live events.

  • Prepare reports on key Growth Metrics, such as MQL/SQL/Brand Metrics.

  • Prepare reports on campaign efficiency.

Toolset:

  • Ensure data accuracy in the Hubspot CRM.

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Hubspot.

  • Coordinate CMS and Website upkeep with the IT Team.

  • Educate team members on tool handling.

Content:

  • Maintain and update sales materials - both evergreen and custom.

  • Maintain and update website content (except for the Blog).


Here’s a set of skills we require:

  • Minimum one year’s experience in a RevOps, Revenue Operations Specialist, Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Operations Specialist, Sales Operations Assistant, Marketing Operations Specialist, CRM Specialist or Sales Data Analyst role (we value results over tenure).

  • Hands‑on experience managing CRM

  • Proven ability to build and execute email and LinkedIn outbound sequences.

  • Experience coordinating CMS and website updates, including analytics tracking.

  • Experience organising and supporting attendance at live events.

  • Competence in campaign reporting and performance analysis.

  • Clear, concise written English.

  • Copywriting experience


  • Nice to have: HubSpot (Sales Hub) experience

What does the recruitment process for that position look like?

  1. Profile Selection: Analysis of submitted applications to assess their alignment with the job requirements. Selection of candidates who best meet the criteria.

  2. Video Task: Discussion of a case study during a recorded video session in English (focused on understanding your reasoning, business approach, English proficiency and self-presentation skills).

  3. Meeting with the Hiring Manager (60 minutes): This stage will take about 60 minutes. Our Hiring Manager would like to share with you the challenges of taking on this role and talk about your experience.

  4. We will ask you to provide 3 contacts who can give you recommendations.

  5. Offer.
