Video Content Intern

VIDEO CONTENT INTERN

We’re seeking a proactive intern to support our video content production during a 3-month internship. You’ll edit both short and long-form videos and analyze our current video processes to propose improvements for future projects.

LOCATION: POLAND (POZNAŃ)

*We offer a hybrid model of cooperation. You will be invited to our office as needed, approximately 1 time a week.

Key Duties and Requirements: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success 🚀

Scope of responsibilities:

• Produce and edit engaging video content that aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency in how we post-produce videos.
• Collaborate with the brand lead and the revenue team to brainstorm and implement ideas.
• Organise and manage video assets for easy access and future use.
• Produce other types of content (posts, texts, graphics).

Here’s a set of skills we require:

• Some proficiency in video editing.
• Understanding of video editing software (preferably Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Polish and English (speaking and writing).

Nice to have:

• Basic experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience in short-form video content (TikTok, YT Shorts etc.).
• Interest in how to use AI for content production.
• Currently pursuing (or recently graduated with) a degree in Media, Marketing, Film, or a related field.
• Interest in modern technologies (we focus on blockchain in our content).

Navigating the Hiring Process: What does the recruitment process for that position look like? 🍀

1. Video task: we will ask you to complete a quick task. You will need to answer our question in the form of a video recording. Completing this task should take no more than 15 minutes.
2. HR Screening: this stage will take about 20-30 minutes. A member of the recruiting team will explain to you the structure of our company and the specifics of this position. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions to ensure we are the right fit for you.
3. Interview with Brand Lead: on-site meeting. A one-hour conversation with the Brand Lead to discuss the role in more detail, your production approach, and methodologies you apply etc. Let’s get to know each other!
4. Interview with CEO: 30 minutes online meeting on Google Meet. A conversational meeting with our CEO, focused on cultural fit, shared values, and your vision for the role.
