Your role

• Controlling and monitoring Group operational costs, including ongoing analysis of expenditure levels

• Collaborating with the Accounting Team and business units during month-end closing processes

• Preparing and developing financial reports for regular management and organizational reporting

• Identifying budget variances, analyzing root causes, and recommending corrective actions

• Supporting the Group’s cash flow management and liquidity monitoring processes

• Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and implementation of reporting tools

• Cooperating with other departments in financial data analysis and cost planning

Requirements

• Technical skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, including at least 2 years of close cooperation with the Accounting Team

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and online banking systems

  • Experience with ERP tools will be an advantage (e.g. eNova, SAP, Comarch Optima)

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
