Your responsibilities
- Planning, negotiating, and executing the procurement of vehicles and other transportation assets.
- Overseeing and coordinating fleet financing processes.
- Collaborating with suppliers and negotiating contract terms (including insurance).
- Monitoring and analyzing the automotive market to identify new procurement opportunities.
- Managing the fleet budget and optimizing operational costs.
- Supervising documentation related to vehicle procurement and financing.
- Collaborating with the legal department to ensure contract compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitoring fleet technical condition and working with the service department to ensure regular inspections and repairs.
- Maintaining and updating the vehicle database, including registration, insurance, and operational cost records.
- Developing and implementing fleet management strategies to maximize operational efficiency.
- Tracking and analyzing trends in the fleet industry and implementing best practices.
- Initiating and executing projects aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and enhancing fleet sustainability.
Our requirements
- Higher education in management, finance, logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the automotive market and experience in supplier contract negotiations.
- Experience in managing financing processes.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Category B driving license.
