About:

The Operational Support Lead will oversee the daily processing, validation, and distribution of portfolio composition files (PCFs), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory and business requirements. The role involves managing operational workflows, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving operational process improvements.

Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations Management

• Oversee the daily processing, validation, and distribution of portfolio composition files (PCFs)
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory and business requirements
• Manage operational workflows, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational process improvements

1. Incident Management & Resolution

• Act as the first point of escalation for operational incidents.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, system failures, and data issues.
• Work closely with Delivery and Sales teams to diagnose and implement enhancements.
• Maintain issue logs and conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems.

1. Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams incl. Technology, Data and Sales on feedback.
• Communicate with external clients and counterparties regarding file distribution.
• Provide regular updates to management on service performance and risk areas.

1. Service Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Track key operational metrics (e.g., file accuracy, delivery timeliness, incident resolution times).
• Identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Lead process enhancement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce errors.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in operations support, fund services, or financial technology
• Basic fund accounting knowledge, portfolio management reconciliation task, in terms of the ability to reconstruct daily PCFs
• Strong understanding of PCF structures and related data components like dividends, corporate actions, fund holidays etc.
• Experience with financial data processing, trade reconciliation, or fund operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and according to service-level agreements
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data or related field
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools
• Basic knowledge of some technical troubleshooting
