Work mode: Hybrid from Cracow or remote after onboarding, with occasional business travel

These will be your tasks in our team

• Design of High Voltage (HV) elec­trical systems for petro­che­mical and refi­nery faci­li­ties

• Cla­ri­fi­ca­tion on the inter­faces with the Elec­trical Grid Operator on the grid charac­te­ri­stics and expected perfor­mances at the battery limit

• Plan­ning manage­ment moni­to­ring review and approval of disci­pline related work in line with quality stan­dards project speci­fi­ca­tions and contrac­tual requi­re­ments

• Pre­pa­ra­tion of HV project docu­men­ta­tion inclu­ding speci­fi­ca­tions single line diagrams protec­tion and control sche­matic diagrams terminal connec­tion diagrams and substa­tion layouts

• Defi­ni­tion of control and protec­tion philo­sophy for HV substa­tions

• Exe­cu­tion of elec­trical studies inclu­ding grid connec­tion analyses harmonic studies and related calcu­la­tions

• Coor­di­na­tion of package units and inter­faces with other engi­nee­ring disci­plines clients and vendors

• Pre­pa­ra­tion of inquiry packages for HV equip­ment in accor­dance with project and contrac­tual speci­fi­ca­tions

• Par­ti­ci­pa­tion in Factory Accep­tance Tests (FAT) for elec­trical equip­ment

• Veri­fi­ca­tion of project and vendor docu­men­ta­tion regar­ding comple­teness and compli­ance with stan­dards regu­la­tions and contract requi­re­ments

Impress us with your quali­fi­ca­tions

• Master's degree in Elec­trical Engi­nee­ring

• 8+ years of expe­ri­ence in plant engi­nee­ring as an Elec­trical Engi­neer specia­li­zing in High Voltage systems

• Strong back­ground in specifying and desi­gning HV substa­tion equip­ment (50 kV+) for AIS/GIS swit­ch­gear

• Expe­ri­ence in desi­gning and specifying HV substa­tion control and protec­tion systems

• Fami­lia­rity with inter­na­ti­onal stan­dards (IEC, IEEE)

• Expe­ri­ence with mecha­nical/elec­trical inter­locks, earthing systems, and coope­ra­tion with civil engi­nee­ring for HV substa­tions

• Solid expe­ri­ence perfor­ming and analy­zing key elec­trical calcu­la­tions

• Strong team­work and coor­di­na­tion skills, inclu­ding colla­bo­ra­tion with vendors and multi­dis­ci­pli­nary teams

• Pro­fi­ciency in English is required; know­ledge of Polish will be consi­dered an asset

• Pro­fi­ciency in MS Office and AutoCAD; know­ledge of ETAP or other power system analysis tools is an advan­tage
