Instru­men­ta­tion Engi­neer (Process Analyzers)

We are looking for a profes­si­onal passi­o­nate about preci­sion, advanced measu­re­ment tech­no­lo­gies and high‑qua­lity engi­nee­ring solu­tions. We support projects for leading engi­nee­ring compa­nies deve­lo­ping advanced indus­trial solu­tions for clean energy, gas proces­sing and large‑s­cale produc­tion units.

Work mode: offi­ce‑­based in Cracow or remote from Poland

Your respon­si­bi­li­ties:

• Design of process analy­tics for refi­nery and petro­che­mical envi­ron­ments, inclu­ding deve­lop­ment of complete analy­tical systems:

  • Pre­pa­ra­tion of instru­men­ta­tion design prin­ciples based on analy­tical sche­dules, analyzer process data sheets and project Basis of Design

  • Spe­ci­fi­ca­tion of Primary and Secon­dary samp­ling condi­tio­ning systems (inclu­ding sample trans­port)

  • Pre­pa­ra­tion of overall analyzer hook‑ups

  • Deve­lop­ment of Engi­nee­ring Data Sheets for various analy­zers

  • Defi­ni­tion of requi­re­ments for Analyzer Houses

• Work with a broad range of analy­zers, inclu­ding online, in‑situ, process, quality, SCS, NDIR, para­ma­gnetic, gas chro­ma­to­graphs (FID, TCD), CEMS, mass spec­tro­metry, pH/conduc­ti­vity, moisture, dew point, IR and other analy­tical tech­no­lo­gies.

• Support for inno­va­tion and colla­bo­ra­tion with R&D teams in the field of new analy­tical solu­tions for advanced appli­ca­tions

• Manage­ment of tech­nical requi­si­tions for analyzer packages, inclu­ding the bidding process and vendor docu­men­ta­tion/drawing vali­da­tion follo­wing PO issuance

• Coor­di­na­tion of detailed design acti­vi­ties and inter­face alignment with other engi­nee­ring disci­plines

• Review of project docu­men­ta­tion for comple­teness and compli­ance with internal E&C stan­dards, appli­cable regu­la­tions and contrac­tual requi­re­ments

• Parti­ci­pa­tion in analyzer inspec­tions

• Contri­bu­tion to the deve­lop­ment and upda­ting of E&C stan­dards (opti­onal)

What you bring to the table:

• Proven expe­ri­ence in desi­gning process analy­tics for refi­nery or petro­che­mical instal­la­tions

• Strong under­stan­ding of a wide range of analy­tical tech­no­lo­gies, inclu­ding: stream/sample compo­si­tion analysis (e.g., H₂S, total sulphur, CO, CH₄, CnHm, O₂ in fuel gas, pH, conduc­ti­vity, opacity, moisture, dew point, density); online, in-situ, process and quality analy­zers; SCS, NDIR, para­ma­gnetic tech­no­lo­gies; gas chro­ma­to­graphs (FID, TCD); CEMS; and other specia­lized analy­tical systems

• Abi­lity to work inde­pen­dently and manage several tasks simul­ta­neously

• Strong commu­ni­ca­tion skills to colla­bo­rate effec­tively in a multi­cul­tural team envi­ron­ment

• Pro­fi­ciency in English is required, know­ledge of Polish is an advan­tage

• Eli­gi­bi­lity to work in Poland
