Instrumentation Engineer (Process Analyzers)

We are looking for a professional passionate about precision, advanced measurement technologies and high‑quality engineering solutions. We support projects for leading engineering companies developing advanced industrial solutions for clean energy, gas processing and large‑scale production units.
Work mode: office‑based in Cracow or remote from Poland
Your responsibilities:
Design of process analytics for refinery and petrochemical environments, including development of complete analytical systems:
Preparation of instrumentation design principles based on analytical schedules, analyzer process data sheets and project Basis of Design
Specification of Primary and Secondary sampling conditioning systems (including sample transport)
Preparation of overall analyzer hook‑ups
Development of Engineering Data Sheets for various analyzers
Definition of requirements for Analyzer Houses
Work with a broad range of analyzers, including online, in‑situ, process, quality, SCS, NDIR, paramagnetic, gas chromatographs (FID, TCD), CEMS, mass spectrometry, pH/conductivity, moisture, dew point, IR and other analytical technologies.
Support for innovation and collaboration with R&D teams in the field of new analytical solutions for advanced applications
Management of technical requisitions for analyzer packages, including the bidding process and vendor documentation/drawing validation following PO issuance
Coordination of detailed design activities and interface alignment with other engineering disciplines
Review of project documentation for completeness and compliance with internal E&C standards, applicable regulations and contractual requirements
Participation in analyzer inspections
Contribution to the development and updating of E&C standards (optional)

What you bring to the table:
Proven experience in designing process analytics for refinery or petrochemical installations
Strong understanding of a wide range of analytical technologies, including: stream/sample composition analysis (e.g., H₂S, total sulphur, CO, CH₄, CnHm, O₂ in fuel gas, pH, conductivity, opacity, moisture, dew point, density); online, in-situ, process and quality analyzers; SCS, NDIR, paramagnetic technologies; gas chromatographs (FID, TCD); CEMS; and other specialized analytical systems
Ability to work independently and manage several tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team environment
Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of Polish is an advantage
