FERCHAU Poland is looking for an expe­ri­enced Mecha­nical Archi­tect to join our team and support projects in the area of Elec­trical Energy Storage Solu­tions!

Work mode: Remote, however, we are looking for candidates residing permanently in Poland

Contract options: Employ­ment Contract / Contract of Mandate / B2B - full-time

Dura­tion: Long-term coope­ra­tion

This will be your future job:

• Develop and shape mecha­nical plat­forms and overall archi­tec­tural designs

• Serve as a tech­nical expert on client-focused projects

• Play a key role in defi­ning the company's tech­no­logy stra­tegy and product roadmap

• Par­ti­ci­pate in research and deve­lop­ment initia­tives

• Pro­vide guidance, coaching, and support to junior engi­neers

• Enhance mecha­nical deve­lop­ment work­flows and create or improve engi­nee­ring tools

Your profile:

• Strong mecha­nical deve­lop­ment skills, inclu­ding simu­la­tions, engi­nee­ring calcu­la­tions, 2D/3D mode­ling, thermal manage­ment, DFM/DFA, EMC, and product stan­dards compli­ance

• At least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical architecture design and end-to-end product development, preferably within the automotive, industrial, or high-tech sectors

• Pro­fi­cient in any CAD, PLM, and PDM systems

• Know­ledge of manu­fac­tu­ring processes: aluminum casting, plastic molding, sheet metal, laser welding, etc.

• Expe­ri­ence with indus­tri­a­li­za­tion, supplier colla­bo­ra­tion, and product testing (vibra­tion, IP, thermal, EMC)

• Under­stan­ding of elec­trical engi­nee­ring prin­ciples, energy storage, and power elec­tro­nics
