Group Product Training Manager

The group is among the largest providers of solutions in the segment of managing economic water consumption and ecological heat sources in Central Europe. FERRO operates mainly in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary and Lithuania.
As part of the Group’s growth and strategic projects we are looking for:
Group Product Training Manager
Key responsibilities
Designing and developing a comprehensive training strategy for the Ferro Group, covering employees, customers and end users across the entire product portfolio and all Group companies;
Identifying training needs based on customer feedback, product portfolio development and market trends;
Providing expert oversight of technical content used in trainings, educational materials and e‑learning tools;
Designing knowledge verification standards and training evaluation frameworks to support competency development and high customer satisfaction;
Delivering product trainings (on‑site and remote) for employees, customers and partners;
Developing and managing the e‑learning platform dedicated to product training;
Building long‑term customer relationships and acting as a trusted partner in the area of product knowledge and support.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in product or technical training, technical support, or product knowledge management in a B2B environment;
Experience working with technical products; knowledge of the installation, sanitary or heating industry will be an additional advantage;
Experience in building training processes for customers, partners and internal teams within an international organization;
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, enabling clear, convincing and professional delivery of technical content;
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to measure training effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements;
English at B2 level or higher, enabling business communication.
