Product Manager - New Categories
The FERRO Group is one of the largest producers and distributors of sanitary and installation fittings and a leading supplier of comprehensive systems in the segment of modern heat source management with over 30 years of experience in the industry on international markets.
The group is among the largest providers of solutions in the segment of managing economic water consumption and ecological heat sources in Central Europe. FERRO operates mainly in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary and Lithuania.
We are looking for an experienced Product Managers to lead the development of new product categories within the FERRO Group (e.g. bathroom, kitchen or selected technical categories).
Key responsibilities
Full ownership of assigned product/category within the FERRO Group;
Leading product development projects from concept to market launch;
Defining and executing category strategy aligned with Group objectives;
Cooperation with suppliers, quality, certification and internal stakeholders;
Market, sales and competitive analysis (benchmarking);
Ensuring high quality and consistency of product data and materials;
Acting as a category expert for internal teams and external partners;
Delivering product trainings and supporting sales;
Participation in trade fairs and industry events;
Close cross-functional cooperation across the Group.
Requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in product or category management (sanitary, bathroom, kitchen, installation or related industries);
Proven experience in managing product projects end-to-end;
Strong analytical skills and business mindset;
Very good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills;
High ownership, independence and result orientation;
Experience in international or multi-brand environments is a plus;
English min. B2;
Very good MS Office skills;
Driving license (B) and readiness for business travel.
