Warehouse Manager

We are looking for:

Warehouse Manager

Key responsibilities

• Managing warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, order picking and outbound processes (domestic and export distribution);

• Organizing, supervising and motivating the warehouse team, including work planning and performance control;

• Ensuring compliance of warehouse operations with health & safety, fire protection and internal procedures;

• Supervising warehouse documentation and system records;

• Planning and supervising inventory counts;

• Managing warehouse costs in line with the approved budget;

• Optimizing warehouse space utilization;

• Initiating and implementing improvements aimed at increasing process efficiency (Lean approach);

• Participating in internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in managing a warehouse / logistics area;

• Experience in leading and managing teams;

• Very good knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes;

• Practical knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies;

• Ability to optimize processes and work with efficiency indicators (KPIs);

• Experience in working with ERP and warehouse systems;

• Strong organizational skills, independence and a high sense of responsibility;

• English at B2 level or higher, enabling business communication.
